Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Create a positive experience for all employees, new hires, visitors, and guests.
  • Order and restock food, snacks, and office supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including AV/IT, Security, and Property Management, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay informed about business needs and understand how providing a great workplace impacts the team.
  • Track and manage reports, metrics, and documentation on SharePoint.
  • Support the team by documenting processes, suggesting improvements, and identifying workflow issues.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure excellent service and maintain strong relationships.
  • Utilize the workplace ticketing system to handle service requests, repairs, and maintenance efficiently.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in workplace management, facilities, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of building control systems, environmental systems, workplace technology, and audio/visual is an asset.
  • Experience managing vendors and implementing corporate safety programs.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional customer service attitude.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage workload independently.
  • Able to collaborate with other departments in the company.
