As a Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a high-impact, cross-functional professional responsible for managing various functions. At the core of this role, you will act as the CEO's right-hand representative across the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the CEO's trusted advisor, handling internal and external stakeholders, negotiating deals, providing strategic insights, and taking ownership of issues that don't fit within existing roles.
  • Leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Being proactive in addressing administrative or menial tasks when needed, ensuring seamless execution on behalf of the CEO or other executives.
  • Thriving in uncertain conditions and identifying opportunities to drive growth and impact within the CEO's priorities.
  • Pitching innovative ideas to improve the CEO's effectiveness and reach within the organization.
  • Investigating market trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and advisors.
  • Staying one step ahead of leadership to anticipate the business' needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of exceptional operational experience in startups, tech, venture capital, consulting, and/or finance.
  • Strong quantitative and written communication skills.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup from seed or Series A to Series C or D funding rounds.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on various roles.
  • Able to think and act like a CEO, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
