Job Title: Director, Product Strategy

Sun Life Financial is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of our product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment advisors and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in the investment industry, with a focus on product development and strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative product solutions.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including UMA/SMA and portfolio management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • English/French bilingualism is an asset.
