Job Title: Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations

The Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations will play a critical role in driving the planning process for Canada Marketing, working closely with the CMO and the Canada Marketing leadership team to develop the Marketing Plan for Canada. This individual will be responsible for driving alignment across Canada and with the Global marketing team, monitoring and reporting on the execution of the marketing plan, and managing Marketing's Book of Work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Marketing Plan for Canada, aligning with Global Marketing and driving business results.
  • Lead the planning process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across Canada and Global teams.
  • Monitor and report on the execution of the marketing plan, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage Marketing's Book of Work, prioritizing and tracking progress against delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and operations.
  • Experience in formulating strategy, with a strong understanding of key principles and concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree an asset.
