Job Title: Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations

The Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations will be a critical leader and team-member for Canada Marketing, responsible for driving the planning process for Marketing. This role will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Canada Marketing leadership team to develop the Marketing Plan for Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Marketing Plan for Canada, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the planning process for Marketing, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and Canada Marketing leadership team to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
