Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
