Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Ensure the efficient operation of office equipment and systems
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to team members
- Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure timely completion
- Procure and manage office supplies and materials
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
