Job Title: Office Supervisor

Ontario Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of office equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure timely completion
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
