The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans to determine cost of food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff performance, recruit new staff, and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
  • Language: English.
