BURRITO BOYZ is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will possess excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player skills.

As a Food Service Operations Manager at BURRITO BOYZ, you will be responsible for managing food preparation, staff supervision, and quality control. You will establish work schedules, coordinate food preparation, estimate ingredients and supplies, prepare reports, and address customer complaints.

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week, offering the opportunity to grow with a dynamic and fast-paced organization. If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and organize work schedules to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate Food Preparation: Supervise food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Calculate ingredient and supply needs to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit accurate reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-Paced Food Service Establishment: Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: Perform tasks that require sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods while performing duties such as supervising food preparation and addressing customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent Oral Communication, Flexibility, and Team Player Skills: Possess excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player skills to excel in this role.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
