We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead our facilities team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our physical assets, overseeing annual plans and budgets, and ensuring the effective resolution of facilities-related issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring and overseeing the work within the facilities team, including coaching and supporting direct reports.
  • Cultivating an environment of teamwork to collaboratively meet our objectives.
  • Providing expertise on strategic initiatives, projects, and committees to achieve organizational goals.
  • Offering analysis and recommendations for optimal asset utilization, including property acquisition, divestments, and leasing.
  • Leading capital asset evaluation and reporting, and overseeing physical security and property insurance.
  • Managing lessee and lessor leases.
  • Overseeing corporate space planning strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinating building maintenance, cleaning, and repairs through budgeting, contract management, and coordination with contractors/suppliers.
  • Participating in our Crisis Management Team and coordinating associated duties.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Possess a degree in facilities management, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Have 4-5 years of experience in facilities management roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hold project management education or designation.
  • Show flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and on-call availability.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to any business location.
