- **You will be accountable for**_**:

- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, watering, and weeding the lot area.
- Keep parking lots and pathways clean and free of debris. This may involve sweeping, power washing, and removing litter.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on outdoor fixtures, such as benches, signs, and lighting.
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are safe for employees and visitors. This may include fixing hazards like uneven walking surfaces or reporting larger issues to management.
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls, which may include issues like power outages, plumbing leaks, or security system failures.
- Maintain lot security.
- Ensuring the lot area is organized and clean
- Report any problems or crimes within the lot.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
- **To be successful in this role, you must have**:_
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a similar field.
- Ability to operate lawn care and snow removal equipment.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Basic knowledge of gardening and landscape maintenance.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Working conditions: This position required you to be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for short periods of time.
