About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DQ. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet customer demands.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including requisitioning and ordering food and kitchen essentials.
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain a high level of food quality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
