Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding.
