Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the high standards of our brand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the kitchen and dining areas, to ensure that it is a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, or fast food outlet/concession
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work
