Seeking a motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional support to our Investment Advisor team in the RBC Dominion Securities branch located at Yonge and Eglinton. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings with clients and prospects
  • Providing proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding account transactions, tax receipts, and account reporting
  • Assisting with client onboarding and account management
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and client files

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification or be working towards completion
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • A high level of time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional client service that is professional, warm, and friendly
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

Bonus points if you have knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures, experience in the securities industry, or a combination of both.
