Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our health and community services team at Patel Dental Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our health and community services programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality health and community services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build partnerships and secure funding for programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. public health, business administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in health and community services
  • Proven track record of success in program development and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
