Executive Director Opportunity

Chick-fil-A of Wharncliffe & Wonderland is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to drive business growth and excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with our company's objectives, mission, and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership to inspire staff and stakeholders to work collectively towards common goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, human resources, and administration.
  • Manage the company's budget and financial planning, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors, facilitating board meetings and providing regular updates on performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent the brand at events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team, prioritizing a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven executive leadership experience ideally in a similar role or industry.
  • A visionary leader with the passion to inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve business objectives and mission.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to the service/restaurant/hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and organizational development skills.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
