We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agent Case Manager to join our team at Europ Assistance Canada, part of the Generali Group. As a key member of our Travel Assistance team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our local operations in Canada.

As a Travel Assistance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling complex cases with ease, and working collaboratively with our global team to ensure seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex cases with diplomacy and tact
