The successful candidate will be based in Toronto and will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive and empathetic service to clients, delivering professional assistance in a 24/7 environment.
  • Take ownership of client issues, identifying primary needs and offering value-added advice to resolve problems effectively.
  • Initiate travel insurance claims, ensuring accurate information and providing clients with benefits and claim details.
  • Support new and existing claimants with the claim filing process and required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with decision-makers and managers, assessing and handling incoming calls and initiating outbound calls to service partners.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to provide on-trip assistance to clients as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Knowledge of travel insurance products is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating call volumes and prioritize work to optimize efficiency.
Language Requirement:

Fluency in French is required.

Availability for all shifts, dependent on the posted schedule.

Hybrid/Remote work environment.
