We are seeking an exceptional Dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team at Lock Search Group. Based in Vancouver, BC, this home-based sales position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new & existing clients, assessing their needs, making product recommendations, as well as providing accurate product knowledge and consultation.

About the Role

This role involves:

  • Actively prospecting and securing new customers to support new account activation goals
  • Managing, growing, and maximizing returns in a defined territory or market focus
  • Actively prospecting and securing new customers to support new account goals, and annual revenue targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5+ years of successful Business Development and/or Outside Sales experience with a track record of managing a defined territory with efficiency
  • A proven track record of Key Account management and sales quota attainment
  • Bachelor's degree is an asset but certainly not necessary
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A valid Driver's license required

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
