Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
Key Responsibilities
The Property Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and arranging trades such as carpet cleaners, painters, electricians, and plumbers as needed;
- Maintaining good tenant relationships and proactively anticipating their needs;
- Conducting suite inspections and ensuring that properties are well-maintained;
- Scheduling meetings and distributing parking stalls, storage lockers, and boardroom bookings;
- Assisting with completing forms and reports required for compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years of related experience in building management;
- Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act;
- Excellent verbal and written administrative skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
