Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to join our team at Eagleson Properties Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of our clients
  • Ensure that all terms of the lease agreements are met
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for our clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
