Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Airdrie Truck and Auto Sales/Repairs. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail and other materials, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
Work Environment

Airdrie Truck and Auto Sales/Repairs is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working in a team-oriented setting, providing administrative support to our team members.
