Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Services Technician to join our team. As a Hygiene Services Technician, you will be responsible for servicing our customers' washrooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Your duties will include driving to client sites, delivering and collecting sanitary disposal units, washroom products, and other essential items. You will also be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment, replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and sanitizing and disposing of waste.

In addition, you will manage inventory levels for certain customers, track and analyze your work routes with your manager, and document special requests from customers. You will also act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
  • Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins.
  • Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize, and dispose of waste.
  • Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
  • Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly.
  • Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
  • Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
  • Input all work activities in the smartphone device provided by the Company.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
  • The cleaning of sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors for our small to mid-size customers.
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract, good driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, good customer service skills, good attendance and punctuality, high school degree or equivalent, flexibility with working days including Saturday, and experience in janitorial cleaning is an asset.
