Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Canadian Tire is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Lube, oil and filter changes
  • Removing, installing, rotating and balancing tires, as well as performing repairs
  • Performing minor repairs and inspections that do not require the presence of a licensed technician
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of bays through regular inspections
  • Maintaining a professional appearance
  • Following company, store and department policies
  • Participating in meetings and training as required

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license for the province of employment
  • Ability to provide professional customer service and employee support
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
