About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Hygiene Specialists to join our Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in servicing customer washrooms and ensuring they meet exemplary standards. If you enjoy working independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, then this opportunity may be right for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality hygiene and washroom products to customers, including soap dispensers, air care, and sanitary disposal units.
  • Maintain and service equipment, such as replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and updating air care cartridges.
  • Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products and track your work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
  • Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Input all work activities into the smartphone device provided by the Company and act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
  • Perform cleaning tasks, such as sinks, urinals, toilets, and mirrors for small to mid-size customers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Other duties as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent customer service skills and good attendance/punctuality.
  • A high school degree or equivalent and flexibility with working days, including Saturdays.
  • Experience in janitorial cleaning is an asset but not essential.
