Job Title: Estimator, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Estimator, Construction to join our team at Admiral Glass Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, operating CADD and other computer software systems, and preparing estimates for general expenses and overheads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
  • Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
