  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate must be legally able to work in Canada and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
