We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Executive to join our team at Helias Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Job Description:

This permanent position involves allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and establishing objectives for the organization. You will represent the company in official functions, select senior staff, and conduct performance reviews.

In this role, you will coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments and supervise staff in various areas of responsibility. With 5 years or more of experience, you will have a deep understanding of business operations and be able to lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Department establishment and senior staff selection
  • Representing the organization in official functions
  • Performance reviews and talent development
  • Team coordination and supervision

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of experience in business operations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
