Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures

About YouWe are looking for someone with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met will be essential to your success in this position.
You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
What We OfferIn exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Our ideal candidate will be available to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills and career.
