As a valuable team member, you'll operate high-speed machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. We seek detail-oriented individuals passionate about producing excellent baked goods in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating high-speed production lines for donuts, bread, and pastries
  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring line equipment
  • Liaising with staff throughout shifts to ensure continuous process and quality standards
  • Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring raw materials are readily available
  • Operating machinery for palletizing finished products and data entry into the warehouse management system
  • Utilizing forklifts and manual lifting as required
  • Ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Previous line experience in the food industry preferred
  • Able to work rotating continental shifts (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)
