As a valued member of our bakery team, you will operate machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. We seek detail-oriented candidates who are passionate about producing excellent baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed continuous donut/bread/pastry production lines
- Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment
- Liaise with staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards
- Maintain a working stock of raw materials required online at all times
- Operate and monitor machinery that palletizes finished products as required
- Enter inventory data into the warehouse management system as required
- Operate forklift and manual lifting as required
- Maintain required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous line experience in the food industry preferred
- Ability to work a rotating continental shift schedule (2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights, 7-7)
