As a valued member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. We seek detail-oriented candidates who are passionate about producing excellent baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-speed continuous production lines for donuts, bread, and pastries
  • Set up, operate, and monitor line equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Liaise with team members to maintain continuous process and quality standards
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a working stock of raw materials
  • Operate machinery for palletizing finished products and data entry into the warehouse management system
  • Operate forklifts and perform manual lifting as required
  • Maintain required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous line experience in the food industry preferred
  • Ability to work rotating continental shift schedule (7-7)
