About the Role
  • Provide technical expertise on equipment, formulation, and procedures
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce costs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor production targets and ensure Plant Process Settings (PPS) documents are accurate and up-to-date
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and providing technical support and input into SOPs
  • Preparing recommendations on related technical matters
  • Working with relative departments to evaluate the impact of new products/projects on bakery operations and developing plans to address conflicts
  • Inspiring their team to achieve excellent results on each shift, ensuring motivational levels remain high and encouraging team participation in business success
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a background in bakery/yeast/frozen food manufacturing and specific technical knowledge of bakery and food processing. A strong understanding of operational excellence principles and practices is essential.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
