Bakery Production Specialist

As a valued member of our bakery team, you will operate machinery to prepare high-quality products while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Our innovative food portfolio includes breads, artisan breads, buns, cookies, donuts, muffins, and pastries from beloved brands like La Brea Bakery, Otis Spunkmeyer, and Oakrun Farm Bakery.

Key responsibilities include operating high-speed continuous donut/bread/pastry production lines, setting up, operating, and monitoring line equipment, and liaising with staff to ensure continuous process and quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma / G.E.D. required
  • Previous line experience in the food industry preferred
  • Ability to work rotating continental shift schedule - 2 weeks days and 2 weeks night (7-7)
