Business Process Management Manager

Job Summary:The Business Process Management Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvements across the organization. This includes identifying opportunities for process enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement changes, and ensuring seamless execution of operational components.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including design and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Lead and oversee the execution of operational components, including benefits monitoring, benefits realization, management, scheduling, implementation, risk management, and maintenance.
- Assess tools and procedures for optimal process efficiency and identify areas of automation.
- Facilitate complex workflow updates and design sessions to influence process improvement recommendations.
- May assist in the prioritization of efforts and advocacy for resource allocation.
- May own and optimize the performance of a single or multiple processes or capabilities and/or technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in operations, collaborating on projects, or working in a related field.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology.
- Experience leading and managing complex projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Excellent ability to connect with and effectively build relationships in a cross-functional team to complete project goals.
- Excellent analytical skills to track and evaluate current processes.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to use sound judgement to resolve issues as they arise.
- Knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies and ability to identify best practices.
