Business Process Management Leader

At Travelers, our enterprise operations teams deliver exceptional customer and agent experiences, drive top-line revenue and underwriting results, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify opportunities and problems through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders that span across multiple teams, business areas, and processes.
- Lead and oversee the understanding of the impact assessment as well as the implementation and execution of assigned initiatives.
- Own and influence the end-to-end execution of the operational components of multiple/mid to high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business.
- Assess tools and procedures for optimal process efficiency and identify areas of automation.
- Assess gaps in processes by leveraging KPI's and conduct data and reporting analysis to close those gaps.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology
- Experience leading and managing complex projects
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
