Business Process Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management Leader to join our team at 570 The Dominion of Canada General. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving customer, employee, and agent experiences by optimizing end-to-end business processes for operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify opportunities and problems through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders that span across multiple teams, business areas, and processes.
- Identify and assess recommendations for process improvement opportunities and engage key stakeholders to secure the buy-in to implement changes, where appropriate and initiate and implement mid-complexity/multiple improvement opportunities.
- Lead and oversee the understanding of the impact assessment as well as the implementation and execution of assigned initiatives.
- Own and influence the end-to-end execution of the operational components of multiple/mid to high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business, including the benefits monitoring, benefits realization, management, scheduling, implementation, risk management, and maintenance.
- Assess tools and procedures for optimal process efficiency and identify areas of automation.
- Assess gaps in processes by leveraging KPI's and conduct data and reporting analysis to close those gaps.
- Facilitate complex workflow updates and design sessions to influence process improvement recommendations.
- May assist in the prioritization of efforts and advocacy for resource allocation.
- May own and optimize the performance of a single or multiple processes or capabilities and/or technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology.
- Experience leading and managing complex projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Excellent ability to connect with and effectively build relationships in a cross-functional team to complete project goals.
- Excellent analytical skills to track and evaluate current processes.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to use sound judgement to resolve issues as they arise.
- Knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies and ability to identify best practices.
