At Ontario Health, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Anti-Racism (EIDA-R) framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives to support the EIDA-R framework
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Proven track record of leading multiple projects and initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
