At Ontario Health, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Anti-Racism (EIDA-R) framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects and initiatives to support the EIDA-R framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Proven track record of leading multiple projects and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
