About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at SME GROUP. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients and the public
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details with clients
  • Process payments and perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
