We are seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Technical Consultant to join our team at Providence Technology Solutions.

Job Summary

The primary role of this position is to participate in all stages of the Dayforce implementation lifecycle for interfaces, under the direction of the Project Manager. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of XML/XSD coding, Integration Studio, and API/XML development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services to customers by gathering interface requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Configure the Dayforce application to meet customer's interface requirements and conduct consulting sessions to document meeting minutes.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve interface file deliverables and maintain project status on a weekly basis.
  • Identify problems or find solutions to problems using technical documents and analyze export files to determine the cause of the issue.
  • Relay technical concepts to customers in clear and concise business language and work closely with internal resources and customer contacts.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of Dayforce interface/integration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of XML/XSD coding and advanced expertise with Integration Studio and API/XML development.
  • Relational Database knowledge and intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting and experience in business process mapping.
