As a Technical Advisor - Cloud and Enterprise Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by providing deep technical expertise in system integration, cloud technologies, security, data privacy, and enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and propose customized solutions using system integration, cloud technology, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Develop and present technical architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies that meet business and security goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support technical discussions during the sales cycle.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts to illustrate the value of proposed solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise during RFP/RFI processes, helping craft responses that align with customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of technical experience in system integration, cloud architecture, security, and enterprise IT environments.
- Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably within a HCM or enterprise setting.
- Deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and system integration tools (APIs, middleware, microservices).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and security concepts (firewalls, encryption, identity management).
- Hands-on experience with data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
