About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our laboratory business, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with study validation activities, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data.
  • Research and resolve problems, gathering information and liaising with laboratory colleagues to ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Configure project databases, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately loaded and validated.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation files, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Keep Setup Managers and Project Managers informed of any issues or concerns, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of any potential problems.
  • Coordinate meetings with relevant colleagues and internal departments, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved.
  • Participate in local and global improvement projects, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures that will enhance our laboratory operations.
  • Participate in internal audits, as required, to ensure that our laboratory operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry.
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail, with a strong focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including a strong command of the English language.
  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
