We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our laboratory business, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, loading, and validation of lab databases using Clinical Trials Management System(s).
Key Responsibilities- Assist with study validation activities to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practice.
- Research and resolve problems, gather information, and liaise with lab colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
- Configure project databases, where applicable, to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation files to facilitate easy access and reference.
- Keep Setup Managers and Project Managers informed of any issues or concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate meetings with relevant colleagues and internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in local and global improvement projects to drive process excellence and innovation.
- Participate in internal audits, as required, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical, or Healthcare industry.
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proven track record of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including good command of the English language, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications to efficiently manage project documentation and data.
