- Maintain accurate project documentation files, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Keep Setup Managers and Project Managers informed of any issues or concerns, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of any potential problems.
- Coordinate meetings with relevant colleagues and internal departments, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved.
- Participate in local and global improvement projects, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.
- Participate in internal audits, ensuring that our processes and procedures are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry.
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including a strong command of the English language.
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
