Senior Project Coordinator for Laboratory Implementation

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for Laboratory Implementation to become a part of IQVIA's laboratory division in a remote capacity. We are looking for dedicated innovators who propel healthcare advancements through teamwork. Contribute to our mission of transforming and expediting research and development.
As a Senior Project Coordinator for Laboratory Implementation, your role will involve providing essential project support, assisting in the design, configuration, and validation of laboratory databases utilizing Clinical Trials Management Systems, while ensuring adherence to established operating procedures, policies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support study validation processes.
- Investigate issues, collect relevant information, and collaborate with laboratory personnel.
- Set up project databases as necessary.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of project documentation.
- Keep Setup Managers and Project Managers updated on any challenges.
- Organize meetings with pertinent colleagues and internal teams.
- Engage in local and global enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in internal audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical, or Healthcare sectors.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, precision, and meticulousness.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.
