We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Engineer to join our Edmonton Municipal Engineering team at WSP. This role involves leading a wide variety of municipal water, wastewater, drainage, roadway infrastructure, and site servicing projects for public, private, and First Nation clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and manage the construction administration services for complex municipal infrastructure projects;
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams in undertaking major infrastructure projects;
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, technical engineers, junior staff, CAD technicians, and field staff to deliver high-quality projects;

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects for public and private sectors;
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering from an accredited institution;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset;
  • Strong understanding of local planning and approval processes;
  • Familiarity with sewer, watermain, and road design;
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's license;
  • Experience working with Northern Alberta municipalities and First Nations is an asset.
