We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineer to join our team in Edmonton, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to work with world-class engineers and scientists dedicated to delivering high-quality civil and geotechnical engineering projects from conceptual design to final construction.

About the Role
  • Work on transportation infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects, including reviewing preliminary and detail designs for road and highway projects.
  • Civil 3D knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Coordinate multi-discipline project teams involved in planning, design, and construction work.
  • Prepare transportation engineering reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years related experience in highway geometric design on Alberta Transportation projects and experience carrying out municipal roadway design for Cities and Rural Municipalities.
  • P3 / DB, Design experience is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience with Civil 3D design software is considered an asset.
  • Proven capabilities in writing reports and other technical documents.
  • Experience or aptitude for meeting timelines and budgets, proposal writing, client development, and other skills appropriate to consulting.
  • Eligible for overtime (calculated at 1 hour).Hybrid work options when you are not in the field.We'll provide the technology for you to work remotely.

Additional Information

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship (a copy of a valid work permit may be required).

This role offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and a generous bonus structure.
