About the Role: As a Territory Sales & Vehicle Capture Representative at Wholesale Express Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a leading digital auction platform, facilitating vehicle trades between dealerships beyond local borders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with territory managers to fill your weekly schedule as required.
  2. Visit dealerships to capture vehicle information & photos in a timely manner.
  3. Build, maintain, and foster customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase volume of vehicle inspections.
  4. Assume direct responsibility for dealer consignment inspections meeting specified targets and parameters.
  5. Perform all vehicle inspections in your geographic location with a major attention to detail to provide a high quality of information to buying customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales, and arbitration.
  6. Provide customer training as required for customers.
  7. Keep up to date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions, and competitors and provide feedback for business strategy accordingly.
  8. Travel to conduct vehicle inspections at various locations including dealerships, physical auctions, off-site locations, and consumer residences.
  9. Provide feedback and daily log to your manager and team.
  10. Approach new dealers with our global remarketing solution.
  11. Establishing rapport, demonstrating our solution, and closing the deal.
  12. Onboarding users and supporting their performance to ensure successful results.
  13. Providing guidance and best practices on platform functionality and operation.
  14. Supporting dealer requirements, handling any questions/concerns, and providing outstanding solutions at every opportunity.
  15. Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive the company's leadership position in a competitive marketplace.

Requirements:

  1. Competitive salary plus attractive commissions.
  2. Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.
  3. Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  4. Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or kneel, stand for a prolonged period, and lift.
  5. Flexible availability including weekends (primarily Saturdays) and ability to be available between the hours of 8am and 6pm with occasional evenings as required by the needs of the business.
  6. Reliability, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
  7. Ability to work in various weather conditions and be a team player.
  8. Incredible customer service skills with the ability to understand and exceed customer needs and expectations.
  9. Communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.
